The Site describes marketing consulting and agency services. All engagements are governed by a separate written agreement. Information on the Site is descriptive and not a binding offer of services.

3. Applications and Consultations

Consultations do not create a marketing engagement until a written agreement is executed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, infringe intellectual property rights, upload viruses or malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with or disrupt the Site.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by sparkstreetmarketing.com. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use.

6. User Content

If you submit content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sparkstreetmarketing.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to a signed engagement agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Dallas County, Texas.
